Started coaching at Life’s Peachy late 2020. Currently studying my master’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Western Australia. Being physically active growing up playing team sports (Cricket and AFL mainly), I discovered the profound effects exercise had on both my physical and mental health. This ignited my passion to help other people become a healthier, happier, and fitter versions of themselves. Showing people that exercise does not have to be a chore, but in fact an enjoyable part in their daily life. As a coach, I always ensure that each member feels that they are in a safe and comfortable environment where they can be themselves and not have to worry about being judged. I also will ensure that I can give each member as much feedback as possible and answer any questions that you may have. Like all the coaches here, I am always down for a chat and laugh, so please don’t hesitate to come say hi.
