All fitness levels are welcome. We have highly experienced coaches who can offer scaled options best suited to the individual to ensure maximum results.

What is the best way to get started with life’s peachy? . . .

We offer a 28 day intro package, this includes unlimited classes, a body scan & goal setting. This works out to be around $5 a day. Everyone can afford a coffee a day!

Does crossfit increase the risk of injury? . . .

Life's Peachy is a 24/7 access gym and our staffed hours are below!

Short answer is NO. With smart programming and intelligent coaches, the risk for injury is very low. We progressive overload the body to build up our fitness.


How long do the sessions last? . . .

60 minute sessions.


What is involved in a class? . . .

We typically spend 10-15 minutes warming up, we spend 20-25 minutes on a Strength, skill or conditioning piece and finish with a WOD (workout of the day) using mixed modalities (weightlifting, gymnastics, conditioning).
