About Ben: From a young age Ben grew a passion for coaching & helping people learn new things & become the best versions of themselves. Ben was once a national level wakeboarder & coached kids & adults to wakeboard. This developed into a love for fitness, Strength & conditioning.


Ben truly believes a consistent exercise habit would solve a world of problems for many individuals, including mental health, cardiovascular disease prevention, blood glucose level regulation & many more.
